General

We serve Fair Lawn, Ridgewood, Paramus, Glen Rock, Wyckoff, and communities throughout Bergen County, NJ. If you're nearby and not sure if you're in our area, just ask — we're happy to help.

We do. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee reflects our confidence in our work. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll promptly address any concerns to make it right.

Yes. We provide exterior cleaning for homeowners as well as storefronts, offices, restaurants, HOAs, and property managers — with flexible scheduling and recurring maintenance options for commercial clients.

Most homes benefit from a house wash every 1–2 years, while roofs, concrete, and pavers depend on shade, tree cover, and exposure. We'll recommend a schedule tailored to your property during your free estimate.

Absolutely. After the owner reviews your property in person, you'll receive a clear, written estimate outlining the scope and price so you know exactly what to expect — no obligation to move forward.

Services & Methods

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water and is ideal for hard surfaces like concrete and pavers. Soft washing uses low pressure combined with specialized, biodegradable cleaning solutions to safely clean delicate surfaces like siding, roofs, and composite decking. Using the right method for each surface is the key to a deep clean without damage — and it's exactly how we approach every job.

Not when it's done correctly. We match the method and pressure to each surface — soft washing for siding, roofs, and decks, and controlled pressure for concrete and pavers. We also follow manufacturer specifications and protect all 'soft spots' like doorbell cameras, light fixtures, and hardware.

We use professional, manufacturer-compliant cleaning solutions selected for each surface. Our detergents break down mold, algae, and grime at the source while protecting your landscaping. We pre-wet and rinse vegetation to keep your plants healthy.

Yes. Those black streaks are algae (Gloeocapsa magma). Our soft-wash roof shampoo kills the algae at the root using a low-pressure, ARMA-compliant method that won't damage your shingles or void your warranty.

Absolutely. Composite and Trex decking require low pressure and specific cleaners. We safely remove mold, mildew, and grime without scarring the boards.

Exterior cleaning can be done throughout most of the year in New Jersey. Spring and fall are especially popular for removing winter grime and prepping for the seasons, but soft washing and roof cleaning can be performed any time conditions allow.

Scheduling & Estimates

Yes — every estimate is free and comes with no obligation. We provide in-person estimates so we can assess your property accurately and give you an honest, transparent price.

Yes. Jay, the owner, personally reviews estimates so you get accurate pricing and expert recommendations from someone who knows the work inside and out. It's part of the white-glove experience that sets Triton apart.

Availability varies by season, but we work hard to schedule promptly. Reach out for a free estimate and we'll find a time that works for you — including flexible hours for commercial clients.

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to water and a clear path around the property, most exterior services can be completed whether or not you're home. We're always happy to walk the results with you afterward.

Every property is different, so pricing depends on the size, surfaces, and condition of the job. That's exactly why we provide free, in-person estimates — so you get an accurate, honest price with no surprises rather than a vague online guess.

For larger projects such as full paver restoration or commercial work, we're happy to discuss flexible payment arrangements. Ask about options during your free estimate and we'll find a solution that works for you.

Most residential house washes are completed in a few hours, while larger projects like roof cleaning, deck staining, or full paver restoration may take a full day or more. We'll give you a clear time estimate before we begin.

Safety & Insurance

Yes. Triton Pressure Washing is fully licensed and insured, and our crews are OSHA trained. We can provide a certificate of insurance for homeowners associations and commercial property managers on request.

Protecting your property is a core part of our process. We pre-wet and rinse plants, shield delicate fixtures like doorbell cameras and light fixtures, and protect brass and copper hardware on every job.

Yes. We use professional, biodegradable cleaning solutions applied responsibly, and we rinse surrounding areas thoroughly. Once surfaces are dry, they're safe for your family and pets.
